- Proper Clothing at Healthy Hiker Gear
When you are preparing to go camping or hiking, you must be sure to take the proper Outdoor Clothing. Layers are absolutely necessary so that you can shed clothes when you get to warm, and add clothes when the temperature begins to drop and you are cooling off. Without having the necessary layers of Outdoor Clothing, you may find yourself sweating in the afternoon or when you are hiking, and then shivering in the evening.
We all know how unpredictable the weather is, so Be Prepared. Take that extra jacket along. It is a great idea to always carry along a hat. If the temps cool off, you can retain body heat by having your hat on.
Again, we can’t say it enough, Be Prepared. When your not sure, take extra outdoor clothing along and stay comfortable while enjoying the great outdoors.
